While playing a main game episode, one of the schemes is locked and the cards needed to unlock the scheme are either missing or were not made available
Note that some cards that are needed to progress are earned by completing goals

Unfortunately there is no way for a player to resolve this issue themselves. If a player is in this situation, they will need to contact support by clicking either the yellow 'Submit a request' button at the top of this webpage, or the yellow 'Submit a ticket' at the bottom of this webpage
When contacting support, make sure to include a screenshot and a description of which card is missing
Once support has the required information they will be able to make a change to your data so you can resume your game
